    WHAT:  The Western Union Company will officially launch its holiday season
           of giving by announcing a partnership with multi-platinum Grammy-
           Award winning, international recording artist, Wyclef Jean.
           Wyclef's participation will help Western Union kick-off its "Random
           Acts of Giving" campaign.  A free Wyclef Jean special jam session
           will be held following the press event at the Nokia Theatre in
           Times Square.
