The fund invests primarily in exchange-traded futures contracts of companies in countries within the EAFE Index and Government of Canada Treasury Bills and other cash equivalant that serve as margin for such futures contracts. Strategy To accomplish its objective, the Fund will purchase Government of Canada Treasury Bills and other cash equivalent securities and will pledge up to 10% of such Treasury Bills and other securities as margin to enter into exchange-traded futures contracts on the stock market indices in EAFE countries developed by Morgan Stanley. These indices and the underlying stocks are not the same as those actually used in the EAFE Index.
