Objective
The primary investment objective of the Meritas U.S. Equity Fund is to seek capital appreciation with current income being a secondary investment objective. The Fund will invest primarily in equity securities of medium to large capitalization U.S. companies.
Strategy
The Fund invests primarily in undervalued securities of medium to large capitalization companies (i.e. those companies having greater than $200 million in assets at the time of investment) which, in the Investment Advisor's view, provide products and services that are consistent with the Company's socially responsible criteria.
