Objective
The primary investment objective of the Meritas Canadian Bond Fund is to seek current income with capital appreciation as a secondary objective. The Fund will invest primarily in Canadian fixed income securities.
Strategy
Under normal market conditions the Fund will invest substantially all, but in no event less than 75% of the value of its total assets in fixed income securities of all types, consistent with the Company's socially responsible criteria. The fund may invest in foreign securities up to the foreign content limit under the Tax Act.
