WHAT:     Cineplex Entertainment will begin screening advance previews for
          the highly anticipated movie Paranormal Activity at select
          Cineplex Entertainment theatres across the country on Thursday,
          October 15, 2009 at midnight (officially 12:01 am on October
          16th).The movie will then officially open on Friday, October
          16th. Tickets can be purchased online at www.cineplex.com as
          well as at participating Cineplex Entertainment theatre box
          offices.

          After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a
          typical suburban "starter" tract house, they become increasingly
