BALTIMORE, MD--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 10, 2009 -- View Systems, Inc. (OTC BB:VSYM.OB - News), a leading security and teledata solutions provider, announced today that contracts have been signed between View Systems, Inc. and H.C. Professional, LLC., a Verizon Fios Solutions Contract Manager, to install and run micro-duct and fiber to 25,000 apartment units in Virginia. Under the terms of the agreement, VSYM will receive approximately $400 to $500 in revenues per unit installed.

View Systems' Director and Secretary Dr. Michael Bagnoli, has secured an extended credit line from Lafayette Commercial Bank to assist the firm in purchasing the necessary vehicles, tools and fiber optic equipment to complete this project.

View Systems will dispatch fiber optic technicians to jobsites in Virginia to service this large and complex project. Fiber optics is the way of the future. Its environmentally safe, lightweight cable is compacted to increase bandwidth and distance. Furthermore, it is worthless as scrap material and not worth stealing as opposed to copper telecom cable which is currently being used for television, telephone and internet services.
