Effective July 21, 2008 the name of the Company will be changed from Fortress Base Metals Corp. to Lions Gate Metals Inc. and will trade on the TSX-V with its new name and the trading symbol LGM.

The name change is part of our strategy to redefine the company and to position Lions Gate Metals on the global stage in the copper market.
