PFSweb is made up of three complementary businesses. The company's Supplies Distributors unit, which accounts for about half of PFSweb's sales, distributes products from InfoPrint Solutions. Through its PFS unit, the company enables customers to outsource a variety of business processes. Services include call center operations, credit and collections, information management, order fulfillment, product assembly, warehousing and distribution, reverse logistics (handling of returned products), and Web site development and hosting. The company's third main business, online discount retailer eCOST.com, handles new, close-out, and recertified brand-name merchandise.
