The time-share vacation company, which does business as Diamond Resorts International, owns or manages more than 150 resorts in Asia, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, and North America. Some 380,000 owners and members vacation at the company's resorts through the purchase of either vacation intervals (generally a one-week stay) or vacation points (redeemable for varying lengths of stay).
