Sonoco Board Declares Regular Quarterly Common Stock Dividend

HARTSVILLE, S.C.----The Board of Directors of Sonoco today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.27 per common share. This 339th consecutive quarterly dividend will be payable March 10, 2010, to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2010.
