Ruby Tuesday, which takes its name from the song by the Rolling Stones, operates a leading chain of casual dining restaurants with about 900 locations in the US and more than a dozen other countries. The full-service eateries offer a menu of American and ethnic food items, including burgers, fajitas, pasta, ribs, seafood, and steak. The restaurants are also well known for their appetizers. Found mostly in the Eastern half of the country, more than 670 Ruby Tuesday locations are corporate-run, while the rest are franchised.
