Hilton Grand Vacations, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels, is a leading operator of timeshare resorts with about properties in California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, and Nevada. The resort villas are jointly-owned by about 100,000 members who have exclusive use of the properties for limited periods of time. Internationally, the company operates timeshare resorts in Mexico, Portugal, and Scotland. Ownership at a Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort includes ClubPoints, a points-based reservation and exchange system that allows members to exchange their intervals for vacations at more than 3,700 resorts worldwide.
