Hilton Grand Vacations, a subsidiary of Hilton Worldwide, is a leading operator of timeshare resorts with about properties in California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Nevada, and New York. The resort villas are jointly-owned by more than 127,000 members who have exclusive use of the properties for limited periods of time. Internationally, the company operates timeshare resorts in Canada, Mexico, Portugal, and Scotland. Hilton Grand Vacations was founded in 1992.
