Ecolab cleans up by cleaning up. The company offers cleaning, sanitation, pest-elimination, and maintenance products and services to hospitality, institutional, and industrial customers. Its institutional division serves hotels and restaurants, food service and health care facilities, schools, and commercial and institutional laundries. Other divisions focus on products for textile care, water care, fast food, and pest control. Ecolab makes most of its products, although the company sells some products made by other manufacturers. It does about half of its business in the US.
