ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 18, 2009, DRI Corporation announced that its Mobitec AB subsidiary in Sweden has reached an agreement with the Daimler Group's EvoBus GmbH subsidiary to be appointed as an official global supplier of electronic information display systems in their online automated bus vehicle configuration system, effective January 1, 2010.

The Company incorporates by reference the information included in Item 7.01 and Item 9.01 of this Form 8-K. This Form 8-K and the attached exhibit are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
