In a press release dated November 12, 2009, The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (the "Company") announced that it will present at the Morgan Stanley Global Consumer & Retail Conference in New York City on November 19, 2009 at 10:20 a.m. Eastern Time. David Overton, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, and W. Douglas Benn, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will present on behalf of the Company.
