Re: L-3 Communications Mobile-Vision, Inc. ("L-3") v. ICOP Digital, Inc.
("ICOP") Case No. 2:08-cv-03475 (PGS)(ES)

ICOP learned today that U.S. Federal District Court Judge Peter G. Sheridan issued an order to dismiss the aforementioned case, with prejudice, on November 9, 2009, pending final signatures by all parties to the settlement agreement.

ICOP will issue a press release once L-3 has signed the final settlement agreement.
