ICF International, Inc. (the "Company") announced today that Mr. Alan Stewart, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President, recently advised the Company on November 5, 2009 that he currently plans to retire at the end of March 2010 after almost nine years of service to the Company. A copy of the press release regarding this announcement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
