Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 29, 2009, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that United Airlines has exercised its early termination rights for the Company's operation of 10 Dash-8 turboprop aircraft under its code-share agreement with United Airlines.

The press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
