On October 20, 2009, TESSCO Technologies Incorporated (the "Company") issued a press release which contained, among other things, an announcement of the Company's financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2010. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.

ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.

Also in the Company's press release issued on October 20, 2009, the Company announced that its Board of Directors will continue its cash dividend program with a $0.10 per common share cash dividend, payable on November 25, 2009, to holders of record on November 11, 2009. Any future declaration of dividends and the establishment of any corresponding record and payment dates remains subject to further determination from time to time by the Board of Directors.
