Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers On September 29, 2009, John P. Kelley resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer and as director of the Company to pursue other interests, effective October 1, 2009. Mr. Kelley will serve as a Special Advisor to the Company's Chief Executive Officer until the earlier of December 31, 2009 or until he commences other full-time employment. On October 2, 2009, the Company issued a press release regarding Mr. Kelley's resignation, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
