On September 29, 2009, the Board of Directors of EACO Corporation (the "Registrant") approved a change in the Registrant's fiscal year. The new fiscal year will end on August 31. The change in fiscal year will be reflected in the Registrant's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended August 31, 2009. Item 9.01. Financial Statements and Exhibits.
