On October 1, 2009, the Board of Directors of DWS RREEF Real Estate Fund II, Inc. (the "Fund") adopted an amendment to the bylaws of the Fund (the "Amendment"). The Amendment clarifies that the Fund has opted out of the Maryland Control Share Acquisition Act.
