Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 21, 2009, Scott Klein, Idearc Inc.'s (the "Corporation") Chief
Executive Officer announced the reorganization of the Corporation's Sales
divisions from three to two - East and West. As part of the reorganization,
Scott Laver's position as Executive Vice President - Central is being
eliminated, effective immediately. Mr. Laver will retire from the Corporation,
effective September 30, 2009.
