On September 22, 2009, CombinatoRx, Incorporated ("CombinatoRx") issued a press release announcing that the FDA has posted on its website briefing documents for the September 23, 2009 joint meeting of its Anesthetics and Life Support Advisory Committee and its Drug Safety and Risk Management Advisory Committee to discuss the new drug application for ExalgoTM. The full text of CombinatoRx's press release regarding the announcement is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
