Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant's Certifying Accountant.

On August 27, 2009, K's Media (the "Company") furnished a Form 8-K under Item 4.01 announcing the dismissal of Goldman Parks Kurland Mohidin LLP as the Company's Certifying Accountant, and the engagement of Michael T. Studer as the Company's new Certifying Accountant.

The Company has provided Goldman Parks Kurland Mohidin LLP with a copy of the report prior to its filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and requested that Goldman Parks Kurland Mohidin LLP furnishes it with a letter addressed to the SEC stating whether or not it agrees with the statements in the Form 8-K filed on August 27, 2009. A copy of such letter is filed as Exhibit 16.1 to this amended report.
