On September 9, 2009, Mediware Information Systems, Inc. (the "Company") issued
a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal year and fiscal
quarter ended June 30, 2009. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit

conference call to discuss the company's financial results for its fiscal year
