Changes to Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee
Effective as of September 9, 2009, Richard E. Caruso resigned from the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (the "Committee") of the Board of Directors of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (the "Corporation").
Dr. Caruso continues to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
On September 9, 2009, the Board of Directors appointed Neal Moszkowski, a current director of the Corporation, as a member of the Committee and appointed James M. Sullivan, a current member of the Committee, as the chair of the Committee.
