Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 3, 2009, Credo Petroleum Corporation announced that James T.
Huffman intends to retire from his position as Chief Executive Officer at 2009
year end, assuming a successor has been selected. He will continue as a
director, and with the Board's approval, will continue as Chairman of the
Board. The Board has initiated the process to search for a new Chief Executive
Officer.
