Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
5.02(b). On August 5, 2009, the Company announced that John D. Filipowicz, President, Residential Markets will be leaving the Company effective August 21, 2009. Mr. Filipowicz will provide support to the Company on a consulting basis until the end of 2009. The Company is in the process of negotiating a severance agreement with Mr. Filipowicz.
