On July 31, 2009, infoGROUP Inc. ("infoGROUP") issued a press release announcing
its succession plan for the Chairman of its Board of Directors ("Board").
Effective as of July 31, 2009, Mr. Bernard W. Reznicek stepped down as Chairman
of the Board of infoGROUP and Mr. Roger Siboni was elected as the new Chairman.
Mr. Reznicek remains on the Board as an independent director. A copy of the
press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
