On July 13, 2009, LookSmart, Ltd. ("the Company") extended the term of the housing allowance for Stephen Markowski, its Chief Financial Officer, for up to an additional 4 months. A copy of the letter modifying Mr. Markowski's housing allowance is attached as an exhibit to this Form 8-K.
