Optimum Processing Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Acacia Research Corporation, has entered into a settlement and license agreement with Infineon Technologies North America Corp. This agreement resolves patent litigation, Civil Action No. 1:09-cv-1098, that was pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
