Director Resignation

Vincent Chan, Ph.D. resigned from the Board of Directors of Vitesse Semiconductor Corporation (the "Company") effective as of July 7, 2009. At the time of his resignation, Dr. Chan served as a member of the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance committees of the Company's Board of Directors.
