Item 8.01 Other Events.

On July 6, 2009, Paul D. Donahue, 52, was named President of the U.S. Automotive Parts Group. Mr. Donahue was previously responsible for several of the Company's automotive business units, a role he assumed upon election to the position of Executive Vice President of the Company in August 2007. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
