On July 1, 2009, DemandTec, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for its first quarter of fiscal year 2010 ended May 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. On July 1, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific time, the Company will hold a conference call to discuss the press release.
