Departure of Director
On June 11, 2009, Deborah J. Simon resigned as a member of the Board of
Directors of Hollywood Media Corp. (the "Company"). Ms. Simon's resignation was
not the result of any disagreement with the Company known to an executive
officer of the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations,
policies, or practices. Ms. Simon resigned due to illness in her family and time
commitment restraints.
