On June 9, 2009, the Board of Directors appointed Terry Carlson as members of our Board of Directors.

Terry Carlson's biography is as follows:

Terry Carlson was the chief executive officer of Pure Fishing, Inc., a division of Jarden Corporation from February 2008 through April 2009. From December 2002 through January 2008, Mr. Carlson was president and then chief executive officer of Raymarine, Inc. Mr. Carlson is a member of the Board of Director of the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) and is a member of the Advisory

Board of Directors for the World Sailfish Championship. Mr. Carlson has BA in Business from Indiana University and a MBA in Marketing from Loyola College.
