On May 26, 2009 South Jersey Industries (SJI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.2975 per share. The dividend is payable July 2, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 10, 2009. A copy of the press release of May 26, 2009 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99 and hereby incorporated by reference.
