On May 15, 2009, IP Innovation LLC, New Medium LLC and AV Technologies LLC, subsidiaries of Acacia Research Corporation, entered into a settlement agreement with Barco N.V. The settlement agreement resolves patent litigation, Case No. 1:05-cv-05620, that was pending against Barco N.V. in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
