On May 8, 2009, the Board of Directors appointed Dr. Louis Cornacchia III as a
member of our Board of Directors.
Dr. Louis Cornacchia III `s biography is as follows:
Dr. Cornacchia is the President and CEO of Doctations Inc. (www.doctations.com),
a web-based, multi-tenancy, integrated community for physicians and their
patients that allows physicians to run their entire medical practices from any
Internet-enabled computer. He is a graduate of Columbia College and NYU School
of Medicine, and is a board certified neurosurgeon with a practice in Nassau
County, New York.
