On April 29, 2009, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Houston Division) ordered the dismissal of a previously disclosed antitrust lawsuit, with prejudice, which Pioneer Valley Casket Co., Inc., filed against Batesville Casket Company, Inc. and Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc., pursuant to a stipulation among the parties.
