On April 20, 2009, Ronald M. Hutchinson, Senior Vice President of Product Development for Harley-Davidson Motor Company (the "Motor Company"), a subsidiary of Harley-Davidson, Inc., announced his intention to retire from the Motor Company. He will cease serving as a Motor Company officer effective May 1, 2009 but will continue his employment in other capacities until his August 28, 2009 retirement date.
