On April 8, 2009, Lionel L. Nowell III, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of PepsiCo, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to retire from the Company. Mr. Nowell will step down from his position as Treasurer effective May 31, 2009.
