Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On March 16, 2009, the Registrant renewed its Commercial Supply Agreement with Chi Mei EL Corporation (CMEL). The renewal is effective from December 31, 2008 - the date on which the Commercial Supply Agreement had previously expired according to its terms. The term of the Commercial Supply Agreement now runs through December 31, 2009.
