Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

(d) Effective March 9, 2009, Sanford D. Greenberg was appointed as a Director on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Greenberg is our Founder and since our inception in October 2000 until March 2005 served as our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In March 2005, Mr. Greenberg resigned his position as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to devote full-time efforts in advancing our sales and marketing program through our independent distributors.



Item 8.01 Other Events

On March 12, 2009 the Company issued a release in connection with the appointment of Mr. Greenberg, copy of which has been filed herewith.
