On March 12, 2009, Multi-Fineline Electronix, Inc. issued a news release announcing the election of Philippe Lemaitre to its Board of Directors, and the retirement of Richard Dadamo from the Board, at that Company's annual meeting of stockholders. A copy of this news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
