On February 26, 2009, the Registrant announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.19 per share, payable on March 25, 2009 to the holders of record of common stock of the Registrant on March 11, 2009, representing an 11.8 percent increase in the Registrant's quarterly dividend.
