On January 13, 2009, Itron, Inc. issued a press release affirming its 2008 guidance for revenue, diluted non-GAAP EPS and adjusted EBITDA provided in its October 29, 2008 third quarter earnings release and earnings call webcast that day. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
