Amendments to Articles of Inc. or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

ITEM 5.03. AMENDMENT TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR.

On January 2, 2009, we amended our Articles as follows:

On December 29, 2008, we effected a forward split consisting of two shares for every one share held.

No other changes were made to the Articles of Incorporation.

The action was effective upon filing with the Secretary of State of Nevada. The filing with the Secretary of State of Nevada was accepted on January 2, 2009. The Company will proceed to request a new CUSIP and request an ex-dividend date from FINRA.
