As part of a comprehensive cost review undertaken by AeroGrow International, Inc. (the "Company"), the position of Chief Marketing Officer was eliminated. As a result, Randal L. Seffren, Chief Marketing Officer, was terminated from his position with the Company effective as of December 31, 2008.
